The Soto family is made up of one member, their income is approximately 4,000 pesos a month and comes from their work with the State and from the remittances that their family sends them. He buys food in farm markets, with street vendors and in stores in MLC, he enjoys eating vegetable salad and pork. He rarely eats away from home and he does it for work reasons or when his family comes to Cuba to visit, they usually go to restaurants and paladares in town. It does not have special rituals when eating.
