The Páez family is made up of two members, the only income comes from abroad and is around 10,000 pesos a month. The daughter is the one who usually does the shopping in the farm and in the bodega and the mother is the one who cooks. They like pasta, postajes and chicken and pork meats, when eating they do not have any ritual. They never eat away from home.
