The Garcia family is made up of one member. He is a driver for a state company and his income is about five thousand pesos a month, counting the help he receives from abroad. He almost never eats in restaurants and looks for his food in the bodegas, the local farm, solved on the street and through some help from abroad that his daughter gives him. His favorite dish is fish and pork, he cooks and eats alone and a couple of years ago he bought a microwave with money sent from the USA.
